INCLUDES: 10 round tables 60 inches , 10 rectangular tables 6ft, 100 white chiavari chairs, chafer dishes, surround by sound system ( Bluetooth friendly ), blank canvas, full size prep area with fridge, A/C , foyer with multiple photo opps: grass wall, mirror wall (18 ft wide), (2) restrooms and plenty of free parking. Security deposit of $250 is refundable if there is no breach of contract .

 

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Any minute over your rental time will result in the loss of your security deposit no exceptions . If you did not add a cleaning fee. The venue must be left in the condition in which you received it. Refer to your exit checklist for reassurance . Not doing so will not only result in loss of your security deposit but an additional $150. Please plan your event accordingly and coordinate with your vendors to avoid any additional fees.
