Monday -Thursday flexible hours (2hours minimum) Security deposit of $250 is refundable if there is no breach of contract . PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Any minute over your rental time will result in the loss of your security deposit no exceptions . If you did not add a cleaning fee. The venue must be left in the condition in which you received it. Refer to your exit checklist for reassurance . Not doing so will not only result in loss of your security deposit but an additional $150. Please plan your event accordingly and coordinate with your vendors to avoid any additional fees.
